What We Love

First, what we love most about this retailer, is the inclusivity for brides of all sizes. Sizing options range from sizes 0-30, which will cover just about every bride out there. Second, the pricing, which looks to be on average about $110 to $899, with plenty of choices in between.

The gowns are kept affordable because everything is done ‘in house’, there is no middle man. Everything is made by them and then sent directly to the consumer. Azazie holds no inventory, the wedding dresses are cut and sewn as the order comes in. FYI: the gowns are designed in Los Angeles and made in China.

Sizing

Wedding dress samples cost $15 each within the USA and includes shipping both ways. It looks like you can order 2-3 samples at once.

Custom Measurements

All wedding dresses are made to order, but brides have two ways to buy. Purchase a gown in a standard size or have a gown fully customized and made to measure. The custom fit option is free and doesn’t take any longer to make so definitely go for that option if possible. Getting professional measurements is advised for the best fit or failing that, at least get that reliable friend to help again for accuracies sake. Note that custom made wedding dresses are generally not returnable, as they are made specifically for one person. However, alteration compensation of up to $75, depending on the price of the dress may be available for custom gowns if it doesn’t work out.

Shipping

Once an order is processed, it takes about 5 weeks for the gown to be made, then add 1-10 business days for shipping within the USA. This may be subject to change depending on how busy they are. Again, all gowns, including standard or custom made, have the same turn around time as they are all made-to-order, because of that no inventory thing. Returns

In the event that a return is needed, for a standard wedding dress, be sure to request a return asap. Again, we’ve said this before but – it’s very important to note: custom made wedding dresses appear to be non-returnable, they are made specifically for each bride. An exception could be if you cancel within 72 hours of placing the order. Be sure to read the Return Policy carefully, to ensure that there are no unexpected surprises.

These gorgeous wedding dresses are currently available for purchase but eventually many are discontinued, so be sure to keep an eye out for that.
