Sizing

Wedding dress sizes seem to range mostly from a size 00-16 but plus sizes may be available. Check each product page for more details or email Customer Service. It doesn’t hurt to ask! Their size guide shows a plus-size chart up to size 24, so it may be possible to order your choice of bridal gown in more sizes. As always, when buying a wedding dress online, taking accurate measurements is crucial in avoiding a lot of further expense and delays.

Complimentary hemming may be possible on your recently purchased Tadashi Shoji wedding dress if you find that it’s too long. The turn-around time once the gown has been received by them is 5-10 business days plus return shipping. So it’s quite a speedy process if you have a deadline coming up. In addition, note that gowns that have been customized will then be considered final sale items and non-returnable from that point. Complimentary hemming is not available for final sale/clearance gowns.

Free ground shipping is available on orders within the USA. If you are in a hurry, you can request shipping within 3-6 business days or even quicker for a fee.

Returns

Wedding dresses must be returned within 15 days of delivery. The most important thing is to meet all the Return Item Requirements to avoid a refusal or restocking fee.
